Product Grading System

Our product listing policy:

All of our sets listed by default are NEW, UNOPENED and in RETAIL condition

Retired Products:

Some of our products are now RETIRED and whilst for some these may still be in AS NEW condition, it is highly likely there will be some signs of box wear. It is important to know that the whilst the box may be suffering from ageing/minor creases/warping, we will still list these as NEW condition as the contents are unopened,

For products that are RETIRED, and the box condition is important to you or you just want to see how the item looks before you purchase, then we can accommodate such requests on a case by case basis. Simply use the contact us page to make the request for additional photos.

Note: we only do this for RETIRED products or items specifically identified as Minor Box Damaged, Major Box Damaged or Used

Our stock:

We source both current and retired sets from various retail and wholesale suppliers, these include auction and other consumer marketplaces, some of those items may have various condition levels. Where applicable these will be listed as variant options on our products and usually attract a lower price than their NEW equivalent.

How we grade our products:

We want you to make an informed purchase so we list based on a product grading system.

This way you can have an idea, based on our best judgement of what to expect when you receive your products from us. We do this as due to time constraints it isn't always possible to add exact photos of every product.

We will pack your order to the best of our ability but occasionally there is unexpected damage in transit via the various courier services.

Sometimes boxes may have price sticker or security sticker on them. And whilst not part of the original box, we will not remove these from the box.

When our listing show additional variants such as: Minor Box Damage, Major Box Damage. Our interpretation of those is shown in the table below.
